Our Data Center:
The Terminal Services Hosting data center is located in the
Greater Metro Detroit area. 24 hours a day our senior
technical employees have keycard only access to our Terminal
Services Hosting data center servers and network systems, the
entire premises are covered by security cameras.
We have back up batteries and redundant power generators,
redundant firewalls and protective software measures. Data
is backed up daily with offsite storage. Monitoring and
management software enables us to proactively manage our
Terminal Services Hosting systems and to rapidly respond to any
situation or request from a Terminal Services Hosting customer.
Fire suppression systems are in place to protect your data from
a server's worst enemy.
Located on the fiber backbone of the internet, redundant access and
bandwidth are not a problem for our Terminal Services Hosting
customers.

out of the equation for our customers through the use of
advanced virtualization technologies. If we notice the vital
statistics of a physical server trending in the wrong direction
then we transfer the live sessions of all the sessions
running on that box to other physical servers without anyone
ever realizing - it is undetectable to the end users, they
just
keep on working in their corporate desktop session, accessing
their critical business applications.
